摘要
目的:通过建立糖尿病缺血性脑卒中大鼠模型,探讨针康法对大鼠外周血清NF-κB-p65、TNF-α表达的影响。方法:将192只大鼠随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、针刺组、康复组、针康组。采用高脂高糖饲料结合STZ注射及改良线栓法建立糖尿病缺血性脑卒中模型。观察不同的治疗方法对外周血清NF-κB-p65、TNF-α表达的影响。结果:与针康组比较,术后7天针刺组、康复组NF-κB-p65含量下降低于针康组(P<0.01,P<0.05);术后14天、21天针刺组含量下降低于针康组(P<0.05)。与针康组比较,术后7天TNF-α针刺组、康复组含量明显下降(P<0.05);术后14天针刺组含量下降明显低于针康组(P<0.05)。结论:针康法能够降低糖尿病脑卒中大鼠血清炎性因子的表达,进而改善缺血性脑卒中后神经功能缺损及胰岛素抵抗。
Objective: To explore effects of cluster needling of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation on the expression of peripheral serum NF-κB-p65 and TNF-α in diabetic rats with focal cerebral ischemia.Methods: The rats were randomly divided into six groups: blank group,sham operation,model group,acupuncture group,rehabilitation group and acupuncture with rehabilitation group. The high fat diet combined with STZ injection and improved method for line filling were used to induce focal cerebral ischemia models in diabetic rats. Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay was used to check peripheral serum NF-κB-p65 and TNF-α in rats. Results: Compared with acupuncture with rehabilitation group,after 7 days the expression of NF-κB-p65 in the acupuncture with rehabilitation group was significantly reduced compared with that in the acupuncture group and rehabilitation group( P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05); after 14 days and 21 days acupuncture group decreased less than acupuncture with rehabilitation group( P〈0. 05); after 7 days the expression of TNF-α in the acupuncture with rehabilitation group was significantly reduced compared with that in the acupuncture group and rehabilitation group( P〈0. 05); after 14 days acupuncture group decreased less than acupuncture with rehabilitation group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Diabetes combined with cerebral ischemia can cause the expressions of NF-κB-p65 and TNF-α to increase. Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation can reduce the expressions of NF-κB-p65 and TNF-α,thus improve nervous function defect and insulin resistance after diabetes with focal cerebral ischemia.
