Advances in absorbable hemostatic materials and their safety evaluation

摘要 止血是决定外科手术成功与否的关键因素之一。可吸收止血材料是一类在手术过程中,应用于伤口加速血液凝固而达到快速止血目的,同时又能被人体所吸收的生物医学材料。可吸收止血材料因其止血效果快速而成为近年来止血材料研究的热点。然而,由于这类产品组成分类多样、作用机制复杂,且国内外缺乏相关标准,其安全性评价存在较大难度。本文将从作用形式角度对可吸收止血材料进行分类,阐述其凝血机制和安全性评价要点。 Hemostasis is one of the key factors in the success of surgical procedures. An absorbable hemostatic material is an absorbable device that is placed in the body during surgery to produce hemostasis by accelerating the clotting process of blood. In recent years, absorbable hemostatic materials have been of intriguing interest for their fast hemostasis action. However, the risk assessment of the products is hindered by their complicated components and hemostatic mechanisms and lack of guidelines. This review is mainly focused on the classification, hemostatic mechanisms and elements of safety evaluation of absorbable hemostatic materials from the perspective of mode of action.
