摘要
目的:研究香连丸有效部位对梗阻性黄疸引起的肠黏膜受损的治疗作用。方法:建立梗阻性黄疸引起的肠黏膜受损的家兔模型,观察各组家兔小肠组织病理学变化、血清胆红素和直接胆红素、血二胺氧化酶(DAO)、血清内毒素(ET)的含量。结果:香连丸有效部位能显著减轻家兔小肠黏膜组织病理学损伤,降低血中二胺氧化酶及血清内毒素的水平。结论:香连丸有效部位对家兔肠黏膜屏障有保护作用。
Objectives: To investigate the therapeutic effects of Xianglian Pill's effective fraction on damaged intestinal mucosal barrier in Rabbit with obstructive jaundice. Methods:The model of rabbit obstructive jaundice was built by ligaturing common bile duct for three days. The histopathological changes of mucous membrane lining the small intestine were observed and the content of hemobilirubin, diamine oxidase(DAO)、endotoxin(ET) were detected. Results: The effective fraction of Xianglian pill could significantly reduce the histopathological injury of rabbit small intestinal mucosal and reduce the levels of DAO and ET. Conclusion:Effective fraction of Xianglian Pill had a protective effect on rabbit intestinal mucosal barrier.
