摘要
地质资料共享现状:开展了各类地质资料的整合和共享;建立和完善了地质资料信息服务集群化共享的政策法规和标准规范;采用多种方式向不同用户开展了地质资料共享服务。但地质资料信息资源积累尚有不足,共享需要更广泛的数据支撑,国家地质资料数据中心尚未建成,政策法规和标准规范保障体系需要进一步完善。推进地质资料信息共享工作的基本思路:完善政策法规,构建地质资料信息共享保障机制;落实《决定》要求,进一步推动国家地质资料数据中心建设;建立基于网络平台效应的功能机制,制定不同的定价机制。
This paper first introduces the achievements that have been obtained in recent years, these include： we have established and improved the policies and regulations, as well as standard specification with regard to cluster sharing of geological data information services. And by using many ways we have provided geological data sharing service for different users. However, some problems that we thce in promoting the work of geological data information sharing need to be improved. On this basis, this paper gives us the basic thoughts： improving policies and regulations; establishing guarantee mechanism for geological data information sharing; implementing the requirements of ＂Decision＂ and making further efforts to promote the built of National Center for Geological Data; building functional mechanism based on network platform effect; and developing different pricing mechanism.
