摘要
石膏墙体钢网格盒式结构是由钢空腹夹层板和钢网格式框架墙形成的一种新型空间钢结构体系,其竖向钢框架由现浇工业石膏废料填充并包裹.针对某12层小高层住宅,分别建立钢网格盒式结构模型和普通钢框架结构模型.采用振型分解反应谱法和弹性动力时程法对比分析两种结构的抗震性能指标.通过用钢量、涂料防护、空间利用率等指标对比分析两种结构的技术经济性能.研究表明:钢网格盒式结构刚度大、质量轻,抗震性能好,设计中应着重验算其整体抗倾覆性能;钢网格盒式结构比常规钢框架结构节约近7.5%的用钢量,节约近60%的防腐防火成本,钢网格盒式结构节能环保性能优于钢框架结构.
Steel grid box-like structure with gypsum-wall is formed by steel vierendeel sandwich plate and steel grid frame wall infilled by industrial gypsum waste. By taking a 12-storey sub high-rise residence as the research object, steel grid box-like structure model and normal frame structure model were respectively established for structural design. The seismic performances of these two models mentioned above were contrastively analyzed using mode-superposition response spectrum method and elastic time-history analysis method. Comparative study on the overall tech-economical performance of these two models were conducted according to the indexes such as steel consumpution, cost of coating and space utilization, etc. The study indicates that steel grid box-like structure owns high stiffness, light weight and good seismic performance. The overturning resistance performance should be focused in the design of steel grid box-like structure. Compared with normal steel frame structure, 7.5% steel consumpution and 60% cost of anticorrosion and fireproofing were decreased in steel grid box-like structure. Steel grid box-like structure performs better in energy saving and environmental protection than steel frame structure.
