摘要
共轭亚油酸(CLA)具有减肥、降脂、抗癌、增强机体免疫力等多种生理功能,已广泛应用于医药、保健、化妆品等领域。CLA具有多种同分异构体,不同构型的CLA理化性质及生理活性不同,因此建立可靠、方便易行的分析检测方法至关重要。本文综述了近几年包括气相色谱法、银离子色谱法、毛细管电泳技术、紫外分光光度法以及红外光谱法在内的,针对不同基质的CLA分析检测方法的研究现状,以期在CLA的分析中提供参考,为CLA的新型分析方法研究提供思路。
Conjugated linoleic acids( CLAs) have been conformed to possess some interesting pharmacological activities,such as losing weight,reducing fat accumulation,antitumor and enhancing immunity. CLAs have been widely applied in pharmaceutical,health care and cosmetic fields. CLAs have several isomers,each of which has different properties and physiological activities. It is necessary to set up a reliable,rapid and simple analytical method for analyzing CLAs in different matrixes. This paper reviews the application of different analysis methods in recent years,such as ultraviolet spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,gas chromatography,silver ion chromatography and capillary electrophoresis,and provides reference for the analysis and directions for the study in novel analytical methods of CLAs.
