院校合作基于临床胜任能力的诊断学教学改革及对策 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索诊断学教学改革的方法。方法围绕"基层疾病谱"设计培养计划,建设校内、校外临床技能实训中心(室)、构建新的诊断学课程体系、师资培训体系和技能考核评价体系,加强专科医学生诊断学技能训练,以提高学生技能水平和卫生工作岗位的胜任能力。结果院校合作基于临床胜任能力的诊断学教学改革取得满意度效果,得到广泛支持和认同。结论院校合作基于临床胜任能力的诊断学教学改革、对于提高教学质量和水准是非常有益的,值得推广和应用。 Objective To explore the reform method in diagnostics teaching. Methods Training program was established according to "grassmots disease spectrum", build clinical skills training center (room) in both inner/outside school, build a new diagnostic science curriculum, construct teacher training system and skills assessment system, strengthen diagnostic skills for medical students to improve students skill levels and competence need in health jobs. Results Diagnostics teaching reform based on clinical ability achieved satisfaction results, received wide support and recognition. Conclusions Diagnostics teaching reform based on clinical ability is benefit for improving quality of teaching, worth of generalization and application.
