摘要
性能退化产品的可靠性通常可以通过性能指标值来反映,而性能指标的退化机理常常可以利用冲击理论进行解释。本文在一定假设下,针对性能退化产品,建立了基于冲击理论的产品性能退化模型,提出了将性能退化模型预测与产品寿命分布拟合相结合的可靠性评估方法,即使用极大似然估计对产品性能退化模型参数进行估计,利用性能退化模型预测拟合产品的寿命分布来评估产品的可靠度。最后,通过实例比较,验证了本方法的可行性和有效性。
The reliability of degradation products is usually reflected by the values of parameters. Always the impact theory can be used to explain the mechanism of the parameters. In a certain hypothesis, the model of capability degradation of degradation products is set up based on the impact theory. Then, the reliability evaluation method which combines the prediction through the model and the life variable distribution of products is presented, that is, using the maximum likelihood estimation to evaluate the parameters and achieve the result reliability assessment. Finally, an example is given to compare different methods. The result demonstrates that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
