摘要
针对民用建筑节能施工存在的质量问题,从建设单位、设计单位、施工单位、监理单位四个方面进行了剖析,并重点对施工中外墙保温与外窗质量作了详细分析,同时提出了相应的监管措施,以充分发挥节能建筑的使用功能,达到预期的节能效果。
In view of the quality problems existing in civil building energy saving construction, this paper made analysis from construction units, design units, construction units, supervision units four aspects, and emphatically analyzed in detail the exterior wall thermal insulation and exteri- or window quality in construction, and put forward corresponding supervision measures, in order to give full play to the use function of building energy saving, achieved expected energy saving use effect.
