Direct determination of arsenic and lead in soy sauce by ICP-DRC-MS

摘要 目的建立使用动态反应池技术消除质谱干扰的电感耦合等离子体质谱法,直接测定酱油中的砷和铅。方法样品经1%硝酸(v/v)稀释20倍后直接利用ICP—MS进行分析,采用校正方程、在线内标法及反应池技术校正干扰。结果该方法能有效地消除谱线干扰、基体干扰和物理干扰等。使用CH。反应气时等价背景浓度As为1.40μg/L、Pb为2.27μg/L,精密度优于3.2%,用加标回收考察准确性,As、Pb的回收率分别为98.7%~102.8%和98.6%~103.1%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,完全能够满足检测酱油中砷、铅的要求。 Objective To establish a method for determination of As and Pb in soy sauce by inductively coupled plasma - dy- namic reaction cell - mass spectrometry ( ICP - DRC - MS). Methods The sample was diluted by 20 times with 1% nitric acid (v/v), then directly determined by ICP - MS using correction equation, on -line internal standard method and DRC system for interference correction. Results The method could effectively eliminate the spectral interference, matrix interference and phys- ical interference. The background equivalent concentration(BEC) of arsenic was 1.40 μg/L when using methane ( CH4 ) as the reaction gas, while that of lead was 2.27 μg/L, the relative standard deviation( RSD% ) was better than 3.2%. The recovery of arsenic was between 98.7% - 102.8% , and that of lead was between 98.6% ~ 103.1%. Conclusion The method was sim- ple, rapid, accurate, and it can completely meet the requirements for the determination of arsenic and lead in soy sauce.
