摘要
建立健全家庭经济困难学生资助体系是党中央、国务院为实施科教兴国战略,加速人才培养,特别是使经济困难的优秀青年得以继续深造的重大决策,是促进我国高等教育改革与发展的有力举措。新中国成立以来,经过60余年的探索与改革,高校学生资助制度经历了四个时期的历史演变,即形成期、改革期、完善期和成熟期,不同时期有着不同的资助内容。梳理与评析这一历史进程,有助于正确认识国家资助政策体系,促进高校资助制度的完善。
Establishing and improving the supporting system for college students from poor families is to implement the scientific concept of development, to optimize the educational structure and promote education an effective means of equity and social justice. Since the founding of new China, supporting system for college students has experienced four periods of historical evolution, formation period, reform period, development period and mature period. Different periods have different funding content. Systematical Review and evaluation of supporting system for college students in China since 1949 contribute to the correct understanding and scientific grasp of the national financial aid system and improvement of the supporting system for college students.
