摘要
以常用HT250为材料,利用铸造模拟软件ProCAST对皮带轮的初始工艺方案的充型和凝固过程进行数值模拟,预测了各种铸造缺陷的位置和大小,反映了充型和凝固过程的实际情况。分析缺陷产生的原因,及时地调整浇注系统的位置及冒口的位置和大小,从而优化了工艺方案,有效地减少了缩孔、缩松,提高了铸件性能,减少了废品率,降低了生产成本。
The filling and solidification process of initial process program for pulley with the material of HT250 wassimulated by casting simulation software Procast. The size and location of the various casting defects were forecasted, whichcan reflect the pulley filling and solidification process of the actual situation, the location of gating system and the size andlocation of the and riser were adjusted timely to optimize the process program, thus to minimize the porosity shrinkage andimprove the casting performance and reduce the casting time and reduce production cost.
