焊接热输入对AH32高强钢焊接接头组织及性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 选择NB-1SJ焊接材料,采用手工电弧焊的方法,使用不同的热输入对AH32高强钢进行焊接,并进行了显微组织、硬度、冲击韧度试验。结果表明:不同热输入的焊缝及过热区的组织均为铁素体、珠光体和少量碳化物,但随着热输入的增加,冷却速度下降,铁素体增多且晶粒变大,焊接接头的热影响区变宽,且韧性下降。当焊接热输入为45 kJ/cm时,过热区晶粒严重长大,韧性显著变差。 Selecting NB-1SJ welding material, using manual arc welding and different welding heat input, AH32 highstrength steel was welded. Then, the microstructure, hardness and impact toughness of the samples were studied. The resultsshow that the microstructure of different welding heat input weld and overheated zone was ferrite, pearlite, and a small amountof carbide, but when the heat input increases and cooling velocity decreases, the ferrite content and grain size increase,meanwhile, the welded joint HAZ became wider and its toughness decreases. When the weld heat input is E =45kJ/cm, thegrain of overheated zone grows up and the toughness remarkably turns bad.
