摘要
用己二胺和戊二醛处理聚乳酸(PLA)纤维,在纤维表面引入醛基,接枝明胶后获得表面亲水改性的PLA纤维。接枝明胶在改善纤维亲水性的同时保持了纤维的拉伸强度,还提高了纤维在碱性溶液中的湿热稳定性。经戊二醛交联,PLA纤维表面亲水性降低,水分难与纤维表面接触,热碱溶液处理后纤维力学损伤程度降低,进一步提高了PLA纤维的湿热稳定性。
The hydrophilic modification of PLA fiber was conducted by surface grafting of gelatin onto the fibers. After treatment with hexanediamine and glutaraldehyde,the aldehyde groups which could react with gelatin were successfully introduced on the surface of PLA fiber. Modified with gelatin,the fiber exhibits good surface hydrophilic property while maintaining the tensile properties. In addition,its hydrothermal stability in alkali solutions is improved. Gelatin which is crosslinked with glutaraldehyde covers PLA fiber and prevents the fiber from contacting with water. As a result,the damage degree of tensile strength of the fiber decreased,indicating a higher hydrothermal stability.
