摘要 通过单二极管五参数模型太阳电池的电流方程一阶导数,推导出光生电流变化而温度不变时的最大功率方程,并绘制最大功率曲线。太阳电池恒压跟踪(constant voltage tracking,CVT)的数学表述为dVm/dIm?0,即CVT仅是最大功率跟踪的特殊情况,通常情况下在最大功率曲线上仅是两个点。在CVT的点沿电流轴向两侧延伸,太阳电池最大功率点的电压变化不大而电流变化较大,就有了适用CVT的区间,其数学表述为dUm/dIm?0。该文给出了适用CVT的负载电流、光生电流区间,建议在不同的电流区间采用不同的恒定跟踪电压。从特性参数角度进行数值模拟指出,串联内阻越小、并联内阻越大、二极管反向饱和电流越小或二极管理想因子越大,适用CVT的区间就越宽。 ABSTRACT:Based on five-parameter solar cell model with single diode, the paper got the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) formula and the curve through current-voltage characteristic tangential equation. Constant voltage tracking (CVT) equation is dVm/dIm=0 in mathematics, which suggests that CVT is only a special case of MPPT, generally, there are two point satisfied by CVT in maximum power curve. Increasing along both sides of current axis at CVT point, the CVT interval range, which indicates that voltage interval range is much larger than current interval range, was adopted in solar cell maximum power and its equation was transferred into dVm/dIm≈0. The article proposed load current and photo-generated current interval range and suggested various constant voltage values at different photo-generated current. Numerical simulation of characteristic parameters shows that CVT interval range is increasing with the growing of shunt resistance and diode ideality factor or the declining of series resistance and diode reverse saturation current.
