摘要
针对履带式车辆的主动轮扭矩测试存在电桥供电和信号传输困难的问题,采用存储测试方法,设计可以嵌入主动轮上的微型化存储测试仪器,并且针对履带式车辆的多种工况,进行了状态设计和磁电触发设计。控制电磁铁的开关产生阶跃磁信号,经过磁场传递,霍尔电路输出阶跃电信号,实现多种工况状态的触发。
Aiming at the difficult problems of tracked vehicle driving wheel torque measurement, such as bridge power supply and signal transmission, a micro-volume storage measurement device was designed and embedded into the driving wheel based on storage measurement method. In addition, state and magnetoelectric trigger methods were designed for several conditions of tracked vehicle. Magnetic step signal was generated when control the solenoid switch, then through the magnetic field and the hall circuit output step signal, achieved several conditions of trigger state.
