摘要
为得到适合高效磨抛高强度钢的钎焊金刚石磨抛工具基体,结合磨抛盘磨抛特性,确定了磨抛盘基体结构与各参数。根据基体几何形状及形位精度要求制定了外径125 mm的磨抛盘基体加工方案。方案采用先落料冲孔,再加工外边缘,再进行拉深弯曲,最后数控精加工型面的工序工艺,加工出符合要求的磨抛盘基体。该工艺具有加工稳定、工序精度高、经济性好的特点,适合批量化生产,对盘形钎焊超硬磨料工具基体加工具有一定的指导意义。
In order to obtain suitable and efficient grinding and polishing substrate of brazed diamond grinding tools for high strength steel, the substrate structure and parameters of brazed diamond grinding disc were determined considering the polishing properties. The processing scheme of grinding disc substrate with a 125 mm outside diameter was established ac- cording to the requirements of substratc geometry and geometric accuracy. The grinding disc substrate which processing scheme was proceed as blanking and punching, processing the outer edge, drawing and winding, and NC machining sur- face meets the requirements. This processing technology has advantages of stable processing, high precision and economical efficiency, is suitable for mass production, which has certain guiding significance to the substrate processing of plate - shaped brazed super abrasive machining tools.
