摘要
社区作为城市管理的基本构成单元,在维护社会稳定、推进基层民主、构建和谐社会等方面具有举足轻重的作用。当前,加强社区建设与管理在全国范围内如火如荼地展开,泰州亦如此。经过多年的发展,已形成自己的特色和亮点。但也应看到,在社区行政化、社区参与意识淡薄、自治组织培育以及社区服务等方面还存在着一定的缺陷和不足,需要进一步改进和完善。
As a basic unit of city management, community administration has played a significant role in maintaining social stability, promoting democracy at the grassroots level, and helping build a harmonious society. Currently, great efforts are made to improve community administration and the city of Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, is no exception. However, we should also see that there is much room for improvement, let alone shortcomings and deficiencies in community administration. This paper makes suggestions to further improve community administration in Taizhou.
