摘要
当下的高校图书馆读者流失现象已经是一个越来越被关注的普遍想象。本文尝试借鉴管理经营理念来管理图书馆,通过分析大学生的阅读心理倾向来窥探大学生的阅读需要,建议图书馆根据这些需要来制定满足大学生读者的各种措施;同时,图书馆要继续在服务创新上下功夫,创新的服务既是高校图书馆自身活力的来源,也是高校图书馆留住读者、实现自身价值的动力。
The current library in college is facing a common problem: reader loss. This paper tries to discuss this problem by suggesting library use the idea of economic management to run the library. Through analyzing reading psychology of college students and students' reading needs, this paper suggests library take measures to meet the needs of the students. In the meantime, service innovation is also very important. Service is not only a source of vitality of college library, but also a significant fact in retaining readers.
