摘要
对弯径比均为90°的5种不同口径的矩形弯道流量计的压强分布进行数值模拟,给出了弯道处压强分布、内外壁的压强沿程分布和不同断面处的压强分布.分析不同口径对压强的影响,通过大量数据分析推导大口径矩形弯道流量计在不同断面不同位置的流量系数公式,为实际工程中的应用和科学研究提供一定依据.
The pressure distribution of five rectangle bend flow meters with different apertures and 90°bend diameter ratio is numerically simulated. The pressure distributions in the bend, along the way of the internal and external wall and in different section were lay out. The influence of different apertures to the pressure was analyzed. Through analyzing large quantity of data, the flow coefficient and its theory derived formula of large aperture rectangle bend flow meter in different locations of different section were lay out. It provides certain basis for the application and science study in the practical engineering.
