摘要
针对传统综采面顺槽超前支护主要用单体液压支柱出现的问题,介绍了在神东地区使用的ZFDC35400/27/47型回风巷超前支护支架组的主要技术参数和技术特点,完成了支架组电液控制系统的设计。分析了该支架组的液压系统原理及电控元部件的选用,应用结果证明该支架使用情况良好,事故发生率减少并提高工作效率。
According to the coal mine hydraulic prop in the tradition craft for return airway,technical parameter for ZFDC35400/27/47 hydraulic support for return airway is introduced.The electro-hydraulic control system is designed.And the electro-hydraulic control theory of the hydraulic support and the selection of electro-hydraulic parts are analyzed.Practical results testify that the hydraulic support is reliable,can reduce the accident rate and improve work efficiency.
