摘要
采用固定床反应器,研究了Cu-Zn-Al2O3催化剂上环己醇常压气相脱氢制备环己酮的反应性能,详细考察了还原条件对催化剂结构及环己醇脱氢反应性能的影响,采用XRD、H2-TPR、CO2-TPD、NH3-TPD及BET等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,Cu-Zn-Al2O3催化剂在反应温度250℃,环乙醇进样量为0.5mL/min,还原温度为260℃,还原时间为2h的条件下具有较好的活性和选择性,环己醇转化率为67.59%,环己酮的选择性接近100%。
The gas-phase dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone over Cu-ZnAl2O3coprecipitated catalysts under atmospheric pressure was carried out in a continuously fixed bed reactor.The effects of reduction conditions on catalytic performance were investigated in detail.The catalysts have been characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),temperature programmed reduction(TPR),temperature programmed desorption(TPD),BET-surface area measurements(BET).For Cu-Zn-Al2O3catalyst,the conversions of cyclohexanol is nearly 67.59%,the selectivity of cyclohexanone is almostly 100% under the conditions:reaction temperature of 250℃,the cyclohexanol liquid flow rate was 0.5mL/min,reduction temperature of 260℃,reduction time of 2h.
