摘要
单独招生是国家授予高职院校自主选拔学生的一种方式,自实施至今已经引起社会各界的高度重视,高职院校在单独招生人才选拔机制和人才培养机制上作了很多探索。通过对单独招生生源结构、宣传渠道、选拔模式及学生管理等工作的分析研究,提出一些有益于单独招生工作良性发展的建议。
Independent enrollment ,w hich is authorized by the country ,is one important method for higher vocational colleges to select students independently .It has draw n attention from the w hole society since it was carried out .Higher vocational colleges have made a lot of exploration on talents selecting mechanism and talents cultivation mechanism of independent enrollment .By means of the a-nalysis and research on student structure ,propaganda channel ,selecting mode and student manage-ment ,some suggestions that benefit the healthy development of independent enrollment are proposed .
