摘要
在对工程项目质量管理的涵义和特点进行介绍的基础之上,简要分析了影响工程项目质量管理的因素,并对工程项目质量管理中存在的问题进行了探讨,就存在的问题提出了相应的项目质量管理的对策。
Based on the introduction of meaning and characteristics of engineering project quality management,this paper briefly analyzed the in-fluence factors of engineering project quality management,and discussed the existing problems in engineering project quality management,put forward some countermeasures for project quality management in view of corresponding problems.
