摘要
目的探讨品管圈运用临床护理路径对永久起搏器植入术患者进行健康教育的效果。方法随机将50例永久起搏器植入术患者分成实验组和对照组,每组25例,对照组按照传统的常规方式进行健康教育,实验组成立品管圈,并运用临床护理路径对患者进行健康教育,比较两组的健康知识知晓率和对护理工作满意率。结果实验组的健康知识知晓率及对护理工作满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈运用临床护理路径,通过PDCA循环工作方式,对永久起搏器植入患者进行健康教育,可以提高患者健康知识知晓率和对护理工作的满意率。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle guided clinical nursing path on the health edu-cation of patients having received permanent pacemaker implantation surgery. Methods Fifty patients having received permanent pacemaker implantation surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,25 cases in each group.The control group was given health education based on the traditional conventional mode.The qual-ity control circl was established in experimental group and was given the clinical nursing path to carry out health edu-cation.The health knowledge awareness rates and nursing work satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The health knowledge awareness rate and nursing work satisfaction in experimental group was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality control circle application of clinical nursing path carries out health education among the patients having received permanent pacemaker implantation surgery through the PDCA cycle operation mode,which can improve the patients’health knowledge awareness rate and nursing work satisfaction.
