气温与大气颗粒物对呼吸系统影响的交互作用研究进展 被引量:13

Interactive effects of ambient temperature and ambient particulate matter on respiratory system: a review of recent studies

摘要 近年来热浪和低温天气频繁出现,而国内大气污染所引起的雾霾天气也日趋严重,所带来的呼吸系统健康问题值得关注。已有证据显示气温过低或过高及雾霾主要成分——大气颗粒物均与呼吸系统疾病的死亡和发病有关。该文综述了气温及大气颗粒物对呼吸系统的影响及其机制,并寻找两者在呼吸系统影响中的交互作用依据及作用机制,为后续研究提供文献依据。综述发现气温与大气颗粒物对呼吸系统影响的交互作用机制可能是通过气温与大气颗粒物对呼吸系统内炎性因子等的影响(内因)及气温对大气颗粒物浓度的影响(外因)共同作用。 Climate change and air pollution exacerbation have promoted the frequently occurring of cold weather, heat wave and haze in China respectively, which in turn increases the respiratory diseases problems. It is known that low temperature, high temperature or ambient particulate matter (major content of haze) is related to the increase of respiratory diseases occurrence and death. Therefore, this paper reviewed the effect of ambient temperature and ambient particulate matter on respiratory system and the related mechanism, and spe,^-ulated the interactive effect of temperature and ambient particulate matter on respiratory system and the possible meehanism. This review unveiled that there is interactive effect of ambient temperature and particulate matter on respiratory system, and the mechanism may include the internal cause, interactive effect of ambient temperature and particulate matter on the inflammatory factors and the external cause, the effect of ambient temperature on the level of ambient particulate matter.
