摘要
目的探讨超声诊断肛周感染性疾病的影像学情况,为临床干预提供依据。方法选取2009年1月-2012年1月60例肛周感染性疾病患者为研究对象,根据病变部位、特征、超声声像图等进行分型分析和实际手术结果进行对比,评价超声在肛周感染性疾病的诊断价值。结果超声诊断单纯肛周脓肿30例、复杂肛周脓肿17例、肛瘘13例,手术诊断单纯肛周脓肿32例、复杂肛周脓肿15例、肛瘘13例,诊断符合率单纯肛周脓肿为93.75%、复杂肛周脓肿为88.23%、肛瘘为100.00%,总符合率为93.99%。结论超声检查能弥补临床检查缺陷,明确肛周感染性疾病的性质、部位、内部结构和周围组织关系、窦道瘘管等情况,为临床病变程度、治疗方案等选择、手术方式的优化提供了有效的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To explore the imaging findings of ultrasound in diagnosis of perianal infections diseases so as to provide basis for clinical intervention. METHODS A total of 60 patients with perianal infectious diseases were recruited as the study objects, then the sonographic genotyping was performed according to the lesion sites, characteristics, and ultrasonographic features, the actual results of surgeries were observed and compared, and the value Of ultrasound in diagnosis of the perianat infectious diseases was evaluated. RESULTS The ultrasound diagnosis was performed for 30 cases of simple perianal abscess, 17 cases of complex perianal abscess, and 13 cases of anal fistula; the surgical diagnosis was carried out for 32 cases of simple perianal abscess, 15 cases of complex perianal abscess, and 13 cases of anal fistula. The accordance rate of diagnosis of the simple perianal abscess was 93.75%, the complex perianal abscess 88. 23%, the anal fistula 100. 00%, and the total accordance rate was 93. 99%. CONCLUSION The ultrasound examination can make up for the deficiencies of clinical examinations and define the nature of perianal infectious diseases, sites, internal structure, peripheral tissues, and sinus fistula so as to pro- vide scientific bases for the severity of lesions, treatment programs, and optimization of surgical approach.
