摘要
目的:探讨颌间牵引钉联合微型钛板内固定对颌骨骨折的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2011年1月-2014年3月笔者所在医院收治的颌骨骨折患者70例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,对照组给予微型钛板坚固内固定治疗,观察组给予颌间牵引钉联合微型钛板内固定治疗,对两组治疗效果和不良反应发生情况进行分析。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为82.9%,显著高于对照组的54.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有1例出现移位现象,观察组患者未出现不良反应。结论:颌间牵引钉联合微型钛板内固定可以有效治疗颌骨骨折,具有安全、可靠的优点,值得临床工作中推广和应用。
Objective：To investigate efficacy analysis of intermaxillary pulling nails combined miniature titanium fixation on jaw fracture. Method：70 cases of jaw fracture patients in our hospital from January 2011 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group was given miniature titanium fixation,and observation group were given intermaxillary pulling nails combined miniature titanium fixation. The efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were analyzed. Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 82.9%,which was significantly higher than the control group （54.3%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. One patient in control group occured shift phenomenon,and observation group had no this reaction. Conclusion：Intermaxillary pulling nails combined miniature titanium fixation can effectively treat the jaw fracture,with advantage of safe and reliable,worthy of promotion and application in clinical work.
