To meet the dimensional tolerances, corrosion resistance, cleanliness requirements of stainless steel seamless pipe for the locomotive air brake system, the chemical composition is re-designed, the process of hot extrusion, cold deformation and heat treatment are optimized, the surface cleanliness is controlled. The mass production of such products is actualized, and the quality level of similar foreign products is achieved.
