摘要
介绍了新余钢铁集团公司1580 mm热连轧生产线开发1 500 mm宽花纹板的主要生产工艺、各项功能投用情况及各项性能指标精度,针对实际生产中出现的钢板背面印花、花纹纹高不够等问题提出了解决方法,实践效果良好。
The main production process, various functions for use and performance of precision are introduced for the develop- ment of 1500 mm wide decorative strip produced in 1580mm hot rolling mill of Xinyu Steel. To the problems occurred in the production practice of 1500mm wide decorative strip like printed on the reverse side and lack of height, solutions are proposed with good practical effect.
