摘要
目的：调查住院产妇对摇晃婴儿综合征的认知情况及健康教育需求。方法采用自行设计的“住院产妇摇晃婴儿综合征（ SBS）认知调查表”及“住院产妇SBS健康教育需求调查表”对120名住院产妇SBS认知情况及健康教育需求进行调查。结果5．1％的研究对象听说过SBS，SBS相关知识问答题正确率为17．9％～66．7％。83．8％的研究对象希望获取有关SBS的信息，86．3％的研究对象希望从医护人员处获取 SBS 的相关信息，64．1％的研究对象希望通过 VCD 形式获取 SBS 的相关信息。结论住院产妇SBS知识掌握情况较差且需求强烈，针对这一人群开展健康教育势在必行，建议由医护人员采用VCD为主的形式向产妇宣教。
Objective To investigate the cognitive of maternity to shaken baby syndrome （ SBS ） and health education requirements .Methods Using the self-designed “maternity SBS cognitive questionnaire” and“maternity SBS health education demand questionnaire” to investigate the cognitive situation of SBS and health education requirements of 120 maternity in the hospital .Results Totals of 5.1% subjects heard of the SBS , 17.9%-66.7% subjects could answer the questions of SBS correctly , 83.8% subjects wanted to obtain information about the SBS , and 86.3%subjects desired to obtain the information from doctors and nurses , while 64.1% subjects desired to obtain the information from VCD .Conclusions The knowledge of SBS of the maternity is poor and strongly demanded; therefore it is imperative to carry out health education for this population .
