摘要
发展混合所有制经济,是深化国有企业改革、完善基本经济制度的必然要求。文章在分析发展混合所有制的作用基础上,明确指出企业在引入外部资源时应具体评估的五大要素,并给出了实现混合所有制的五种路径及各自的利弊。
To develop mixed ownership is an elementary requirement in deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and improving socialist basic economic system. Based on analyzing the effect of developing mixed ownership, the article pointed out that enterprises should evaluate five elements specifically, when introducing external resources, and proposed five possible paths in developing mixed ownership.
