摘要
高等教育是一个关系集合体,高等教育在关系中孕育、诞生、存在和发展,在关系中才能被定义、刻画、描绘和认知。高等教育规律本质上是一种特殊的关系规律,具有统计性、非线性、多向度性和双向互动性,表征为一种弹性而非刚性的必然。高等教育内外部关系规律揭示了教育因果关系的客观性和决定性,辩证地将决定性和选择性统一到教育规律之中;揭示了教育因果关系的非线性和多向度性,抓住了教育规律的本质特征;揭示了教育系统除了要不断优化自身的结构之外,还必须与社会各子系统形成功能耦合关系;教育的内外部关系规律是一个整体,教育外部规律制约着教育内部规律的作用,教育的外部规律只能通过内部规律来实现。
Higher education is an aggregation of relationships, which is breeding, birth, existing and developing in relationships, and also be defined, figured, described and acknowledged in relationships. The law of higher education essentially is a kind of special relationship law with statistic, nonlinear, multi-dimensional, and interactive features, and shows as a kind of flexible rather than rigid inevitability. Higher education law of the internal and external relations uncovers the objectivity and decisiveness of education causality, and dialectically unifies the decisiveness and selectivity into education law; uncovers the nonlinearity and multi-dimension of education causality, and holds the essential feature of education law; uncovers that education system needs to not only optimize its structure constantly, but also form functional coupling relationships with all social subsystems. Education law of the internal and external relations is an integral whole, education law of the external relation restricts the function of education law of the internal relation, and education law of the external relation could be realized only through the law of the internal relation.
