摘要
2012年11月我院收治1例散发性亚硝酸盐中毒出现心肌损伤伴心电图心肌缺血改变为特征的老年患者，现报告如下。
患者，女，80岁，因发现胸闷、气促、反应迟钝1h送入急诊室。
Summary Report the case with complete clinical and ECG data in an elderly patient with acute nitrite poisoning. To investigate the pathogenesis,clinical features and the treatment of cardiac ischemia induced by acute nitrite poisoning. The sporadic cases of nitrite poisoning in elderly patients may be misdiagnosed as coronary heart dis- ease. Methylene blue is the first choice to treat the myocardial injury caused by nitrite poisoning.
