摘要
21世纪是信息时代,经济文化及科技发展飞速,高职院校的管理制度也应该随着时代的发展而发展,不能停留在传统的管理模式上面。要做到与时俱进、常建常新,制度要宣传教育到位、严格规范地执行。目前社会需要的人才也是多方面的,需要良好的心理素质和职业素养,只有不断推进制度建设的科学化、法制化、人性化与民主化进程,保持制度的先进性,才能更好地实现高校的德育目标,更好地帮助学生树立正确的人生观和价值观,将学生培养成全方位发展的人才,最终适应经济发展和信息时代对人才的需求。
The 21st century is the information age.With the rapid development of economy,culture and technology,the management system of vocational college should also develop and break the traditional management mode.The management system should keep pace with the times,innovate regularly,promote education in place and be executed strictly.Current society needs talents in various aspects.Talents should be of good psychological and professional quality.Only by constantly promoting the process of science,law,humanization and democratization and keeping the system advanced can vocational colleges better achieve the goal of moral education-to help students set up the correct life value and cultivate students to be well-rounded talents who can adapt to the economic development requirements in the information age.
