摘要
目的:了解南通市公务员亚健康状况。方法对南通市708名公务员采用亚健康状态测量量表、症状自评量表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表进行测评分析。亚健康状态测量量表总分>50分判定为亚健康状态,≤50分判定为健康状态。结果南通市公务员亚健康检出率为10.17%,亚健康人群年龄、症状自评量表总分及各因子分显著高于健康人群( P<0.01),世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表的生理、心理、社会及环境领域评分显著低于健康人群(P<0.01)。结论南通市公务员亚健康状态检出率相对较低,亚健康状态者的心理健康状况较差、生活质量较低。
Objective To investigate the status of sub-health of civil servants in Nantong .Methods As-sessments were conducted with the Sub-health State Evaluation Scale (SHSES) ,Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) and WHO Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOL-BREF) among 708 civil servants in Nantong .When their SHSES total score was 〉 50 they were judged as sub-health state ,≤ 50 as health .Results The de-tection rate of sub-health was 10 .17% of them ,ages ,life events ,the SCL-90 total and each factor score of sub-health population were significantly higher (P〈0 .01) ,and physiological ,psychological ,social and environmental domain score lower (P〈0 .01) compared with health population .Conclusion The detection rate of sub-health of civil servants in Nantong is relatively low , the mental health status of sub-health group is poorer and quality of life lower .
