摘要
为了探讨射击项目中心理与技术结合的重要性和可行性,使用现场实验法分别对1名环靶和1名碟靶运动员进行瞄准时注意焦点在靶子或瞄准器的对比研究,发现环靶射击需要将注意力集中于靶子。心理与技术必须有机结合,技术是赢得比赛胜利的必要前提,心理是技术稳定发挥的有力保障;瞄准时注意焦点是心技结合的核心环节和其他心技结合形式的基础保证。
In order to discuss the importance and feasibility of mind and skill integration in shooting, the paper compares the attention focused on the target or the sighting device of a round target shooter and a clay target shooter while they are aiming at the targets and points out that the round target shooting needs attention focused on the target. Mind and skill should be integrated. Skill is the precondition of winning. Psychological state is the guarantee for the stable performance. Attention focus is the core part of the mind and skill integration and the basic guarantee of other mind and skill integration.
