应用钢板加锚钉治疗合并三角韧带损伤的陈旧性踝关节骨折脱位 被引量：7

摘要 目的：观察应用钢板加锚钉治疗伴有三角韧带断裂的陈旧性踝关节骨折脱位的疗效。方法对15例伴有三角韧带断裂的陈旧性踝关节骨折脱位患者采用切开复位钢板螺钉内固定，并应用锚钉修复重建三角韧带，术后对患者的资料进行随访、分析。结果随访时间11-24个月，平均16.8个月，按美国足踝外科协会踝与后足功能评分标准评估疗效，术后评分明显高于术前评分[（80.53±11.49）分 vs（22.67±1.44）分，t ＝80.53，P ﹤0.01]。本组病例中优6例，良6例，可2例，差1例，优良率80.0％。结论应用钢板加锚钉治疗合并三角韧带损伤的陈旧性踝关节骨折脱位，手术操作简单，效果满意，值得临床推广。
