摘要
目的探讨老年心血管急症的构成特点,并提出一些自己的看法。方法对本院急诊内科收治的250例老年心血管患者的临床资料进行深入研究和分析。结果 250例老年心血管患者中33.22%的老年心血管病患者患有急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）,28.85%的老年患者患有高血压急症,29.68%的老年患者患有严重心律失常,7.42%的患者患有心力衰竭。结论老年心血管急症患者中ACS最为常见,老年患者在刚退休的60~69岁时最容易患心血管疾病,老年心血管疾病患者中男性占有大多数。
Objective To study the composition characteristics of elderly cardiovascular emergencies, and to put forward some views. Methods The clinical data of 250 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in department of emergency medicine were studied and analyzed. Results Among the 250 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease, there were 33.22% of elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）, 28.85% of the elderly patients with hypertensive emergency, 29.68% of elderly patients with severe arrhythmia, and 7.42% of the patients with heart failure. Conclusion In the elderly cardiovascular emergencies, the most common symptom is ACS. Patients ranging from 60 to 69 years old are easily having cardiovascular disease. Male holds a majority of in elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases.
