摘要
目的：观察鼻窦炎口服液联合阿奇霉素对治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法：对本院就诊的慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组给予鼻窦炎口服液和阿奇霉素联合治疗，对照组仅给予阿奇霉素治疗，20天为1个疗程，连续服用2个疗程后评价疗效。结果：治疗2个疗程后，治疗组总有效率为96．67％，对照组总有效率为80．00％，2组有效率比较，有统计学意义（ p＜0．05）。结论：鼻窦炎口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎效果良好，安全无副作用，值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of nasosinusitis oral liquid （ NOL） with azithromycin on chronic sinusitis .Meth-ods：60 cases of patients came to our hospital with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into treating and controlling groups all 30 cases. All of them received azithromycin , then the cases in treating group on the basis of with azithromycin , add with NOL.20 days as a cycle , e-valuating curative effect after taking two cycles .Results：After 2 courses of treatment, The total effective rate was 96.67%in treating group and 80.00%in controlling group, There were significant difference between the two groups （ ）.Conclusion：Treatment of chronic sinusi-tis with NOL joint azithromycin might be effective and with little side effect , worthy of clinical application .
