摘要
蟾毒灵是传统中药蟾酥的主要有效成分之一。现代药理研究表明蟾毒灵具有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞分化及凋亡、逆转肿瘤耐药、抗肿瘤血管生成、免疫调节及抑制肿瘤干细胞生长等作用。就近年来国内外有关蟾毒灵的抗肿瘤作用及其相关机制进行综述。
Bufalin is one of the main active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine Chansu. Modern pharma- cological studies have shown that Bufalin can inhibit tumor cells proliferation and induce tumor cells differentiation and apoptosis. Bufalin also can reverse tumor drug resistance, against tumor angiogenesis, regulate immune and inhibit the growth of cancer stem cells. In this paper,the anti - tumor function of Bafalin and its related mechanism that have shown in the domestic and foreign were reviewed.
