摘要
目的:建立钩葛定眩颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别钩藤、川芎和丹参;采用高效液相色谱法测定葛根素、丹酚酸B的含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好;高效液相色谱法测定葛根素、丹酚酸B的含量,葛根素在5.015~80.240μg/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8,n=6),平均回收率为99.14%,RSD为1.47%(n=9);丹酚酸B在10.04~160.64μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7,n=6),平均回收率为98.86%,RSD为1.58%(n=9)。结论:建立的定性定量方法操作方便、灵敏度高、结果准确、专属性强,可用于钩葛定眩颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quality standard of Gouge Dingxuan Granules. Mehtods: Uncariae Ramulus Cu- muncis, Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma were identified by TLC. The contents of puerar- in and salvianolicacid B were determined by HPLC. Results : TLC had obvious characteristics with the spots clear and well - separated. Puerarin showed a good linear relationship at 5. 015 - 80. 240 μg/mL ( r = 0.999 8, n = 6) with an average recovery of 99.14% ( RSD = 1.47% ,n =9). Salvianolicacid B showed a good linear relationship at 10.04 - 160.64 μg/ mL (r = 0. 999 7 ,n = 6) with an average recovery of 98.86% (RSD = 1.58% ,n = 9). Conclusion :The method is easy- operated and accurate which has a good specificity for the quality control of Gouge Dingxuan Granules.
