摘要
肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性与介导机制十分复杂,中药具有多靶点、多阶段性作用特点,调动人自身的免疫能力共同作用,可以针对肿瘤多药耐药的多种机制进行有效的逆转。经实验研究发现,多数中药单体或复方,具有非常好的抗癌作用,而不良反应又较小。中药逆转肿瘤多药耐药性、增强肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性研究已受到人们越来越强烈的关注。
The multi - drug resistance and mediated mechanism of tumor cells is very complex. Traditional Chinese medicine has features like multi -target and multi -stage effects and it has the ability to mobilize people＇s own immune joint action and target diverse mechanisms of multi - drug resistance to reverse effectively. The experimental study has found that the majority of Chinese medicine monomer or complex prescription has excellent anti - cancer effects and sel- dom poisonous effect. Chinese medicine reversing multi - drug resistance contributing to enhance tumor cell sensitivity to chemotherapy has been getting strong concern.
