摘要
胃癌原发灶侵袭和转移是导致患者生存质量下降及短期内死亡的主要原因,如何更早期更及时防治胃癌侵袭转移是目前研究的重点。研究证实细胞上皮-间质转化(EMT)是肿瘤侵袭转移的重要前提。根据前期研究中运用金龙蛇制剂从痰论治胃癌结果,从细胞上皮-间质转化角度来探讨从痰论治胃癌侵袭转移将具有明确的现实意义。
Tumor invasion and metastasis is the main reason for poor life quality and short - term death. The new study focuses on how to prevent and treat it now. It is confirmed that epithelial - mesenchymal transition （EMT） is a prerequisite for tumor invasion and metastasis. According to the curative effect of gastric cancer by using Jinglongshe preparation, preventing and treating invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer by phlegm - resolving therapy has a realistic significance from epithelial -mesenchymal transition.
