摘要
目的了解高年资合同护士的工作压力现状与应对方式状况及两者的相关性.方法:采用护士工作压力表、scl-90 症状自评量表、社会支持量表和简易应对方式问卷,对桂林市两所三甲医院中的70 名高年资合同护士进行调查.结果:高年资合同护士占医院护士总数的8.33%,总体压力水平为中度,得分前四位的压力源分别是医院不重视、晋升机会少、-线工作负荷太重和工作影响家庭生活;高年资合同护士压力程度高于国内对护理人员调查常模的工作压力;社会支持与工作压力呈负相关(P〈0.05);高年资合同护士常采用积极应对方式;工作压力与消极应对方式呈负相关(P〈0.05).结论:高年资合同护士有独特的专业优势,但工作压力程度高,医院管理者应充分认识高年资合同护士的工作压力状况及应对方式,促使其采用积极的应对方式,减轻工作压力.
ObjectiveTo evaluate the situation of job stress, the coping style, and the correlation between them among senior contract nurses in hospital, providing references toHealth administrative departments at all levels for decision-making. Methods:Nurses job stress gauge, scl-90 Symptom, social support scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnairewere surveyed to measure 70 senior contract nurses in 2 tertiary general hospitals. Results:Senior contract nurses accounted for 8.33% of the total number of nurses in hospital,theirjob stress was in the middle level. The top four sources of working pressure are the indifference from the hospital, fewer opportunities for promotion, heavy work load in frontline andwork affects family life. The job stress of senior contract nurses was higher than the domestic nurses models investigated. A negative correlation between social support and job stress(P〈0.05); The senior contract nurses often use positive coping style; A negative correlation between job stress and negative coping style (P〈0.05). Conclusions:The senior contractnurses have a unique professional advantage and a high degree of job stress, the managers of the hospital should realize the stress of senior contract nurses and the correlation betweencoping style and job stress, take the contract nurse to adopt positive coping style reduce their stress.
