摘要
目的探讨提高消毒供应中心管理质量更为有效的模式或方法.方法:应用“10S”管理法对我院消毒供应中心服务质量进行管理.具体内容包括:整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、节约、安全、服务、满意、素养、坚持等十个要素, 同时制定清洗质量合格率、发放物品准确率、质量检查评分、临床满意度、护理缺陷发生情况、物品过期重消毒率、取放物品时间、环境整理时间、查过期物品时间等主要考核指标,并与实施前上述各项指标的达标情况进行比较,数据进行统计学分析(x2 检验和t检验).结果:实施“10S”管理法前后,消毒供应中心工作质量各主要指标达标情况相比均具有非常显著性差异(均P〈0.01).结论: 应用“10S”管理法可有效解决消毒供应中心存在的不同类型的问题,提高工作效率和服务质量.
Objectiveto improve the quality of sterilization and supply center management more effective mode or method. Methods:using "10S"Management of sterilizationand supply center in our hospital service quality management. The concrete content includes: finishing, rectify, cleaning, cleaning, saving, safety, service, satisfaction, quality, adhere tothe ten elements, and made the cleaning quality qualified rate, payment of goods, quality inspection accuracy score, clinical satisfaction, nursing defects occurrence, goods overdueheavy main assessment index rate of sterilization, fetch and put articles time, environment, check the time expired goods time, and before the implementation of standards and the aboveindexes were compared, the data for statistical analysis (x2 test and t test).Results:before and after the implementation of "10S" management method, the quality of work of sterilizationand supply center of each main index standards compared to all have very significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion:the application of "10S" management method can effectivelysolve different types of problems existed in disinfection supply center, improve work efficiency and service quality.
