摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术的手术操作技巧与短期疗效.方法：回顾性分析2008年8月至2013年7月我科28例行腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术患者资料,并探讨其手术操作技巧、术后恢复情况及肿瘤根治性效果.结果：Ⅰ期病例1例,Ⅱ期17例,Ⅲ期10例.结论：腹腔镜左半结肠切除术治疗左半结肠癌是安全有效的,符合肿瘤根治原则.
objective： to study the laparoscopic left half colon cancer radical operation skills and short-term curative effect. Methods： a retrospective analysis between August2008 and July 2008 I data on 28 patients underwent laparoscopic left half colon cancer radical, and discuss the operative technique, postoperative recovery and cancer radical effect.Results： period cases in 1 case, Ⅱ period of 17 cases, 10 cases Ⅲ period. Conclusion：laparoscopic left half colon resection of left colon cancer is safe and effective treatment,conform to the principle of cancer effect a radical cure.
