摘要
创业板市场的建立是我国金融系统完善中的重要一环,创业板市场公司的成长性是投资者、管理者最为关注的问题。本文通过回顾相关文献,结合创业板涨幅前十公司的核心竞争力考察,对创业板成长性评价进行研究。本文将创业板企业成长性决定因素界定为财务表现、人力资源、技术创新、市场前景四个方面,建立了包括净利润率、资产报酬率、净利润增长率等十二项三级指标的指标评价体系。
The establishment of the growth enterprise market （GEM） is an important part of perfecting the financial system in China and what concerns the investors and managers most is the company＇s growth. According to the observations of the first ten companies＇ core competitiveness, this paper, by reviewing related articles, studies the growth evaluation of the growth enterprise market. Again, this paper gives a definition of the growth enterprise market＇s growth factors from four aspects： financial performance, personnel, technology innovation, and market prospect. In the same time, it establishes an index evaluation system, including 12 three-level indexes, such as the net profit rate index, return on assets index, net profit growth index and the like.
