摘要
从高校辅导员的工作状态、专业化、结构、选聘机制和保障制度等方面分析辅导员队伍存在的主要问题,指出问题主要表现为辅导员专业化程度不高、选聘机制不科学、保障制度不健全等,剖析问题产生的根源,并从探索建立辅导员职业准入制度、优化管理手段、拓展多渠道培训途径等方面提出了具体的解决办法。
An analysis has been made in relating to college instructors' working, professionalism, structure, hiring mechanism and security system. It is found that college instructors are lacking professional knowledge, the hiring mechanism is unscientific, the security system is unsound, etc. Some countermeasures are put forwarding relating to establishing an admittance system of instructor occupation, optimizing the management system and expanding the training ways.
