摘要
哥老会是一种民间秘密结社组织,它最早产生于清乾隆年间,随着清末社会震荡发展壮大。哥老会作为会党力量之一,在全国辛亥革命的浪潮下,同资产阶级革命党人合作,在全国各地发动了大规模的武装起义。哥老会在同革命党人的合作中表现出了自己的优势,而它所暴露的缺陷加之革命党人会党政策的失误最终导致二者关系的破裂。
Gelao brotherhood society is a kind of folk secret organizations. It originated during years of Qiardong in Qing Dynasty and developed with social turbulence in the late Qing Dynasty. As one of the party forces, Gelao brother- hood society cooperated with the bourgeois revolutionaries and launched a large-scale armed uprising all over the country in the Revolution of 1911. Gelao brotherhood society worked in cooperation with the revolutionaries in their own advantage, while its own faults and the mistakes in the party policy of the revolutionaries led to a broken relationship between the two.
